About

Josh Boggs unnamed

Just a former pitcher trying to give back the best way I know how. If you have questions and/or want to contact me I’m on twitter at @PitchMechanics or you can email me at josh@pitchmechanics101.com. I’d love to help you if I can. I know what it’s like to struggle with low velocity and feeling confused by coaching jargon and discerning valuable information from useless information. If you have any comments, questions, or concerns, please reach out and I will do my best.
