Hello, I have a six teen year old son that is a pitcher that is a three quarter arm slot. Would he approach long toss and weighted ball throwing the same as a pitcher that is over the tip? Thank you.
Absolutely. I’ve seen submarine pitchers and softball players both long toss from their low slots. I would encourage you do the same for the best results. y forcing another, unnatural slot could cause an injury since the muscles would be tested in ways for which they’re not accustomed or prepared.
